Mentorship 2012 Leverage
If your vision is ordained of God, you will never accomplish it alone. Growing a church is an undertaking of the spirit, coupled with structure and organization. Moses was a great leader, but failed to leverage his ability by multiply himself through his leaders. Jesus fed the 5000, but first he organized them into groups to distribute the food. No church can grow beyond it’s structure. You cannot spiritualize organizational issues and you cannot organize spiritual issues. They are totally different.
When we have leverage, we can move objects that are several times larger than what we are capable of doing by our own strength. Therefore we have a mandate to leverage the people around us and the tools that the Lord has given to us. We see many companies merge with other companies to survive the economic fallout because they believe that they can weather the storm by combining their strength. As the church, we must realize we will do more together than you can apart. There is strength in numbers! At MC12 Leverage your church, your staff, and your ministry.
